I am so disappointed. I had great success with muffin pans. This was a disaster and I cannot find ideas to fix the problem

I have purchased several USA Pan products, as I considered them to be of a safe, non-stick quality, and they really are non-stick. I had been very careful to wash them by hand and use silicone utensils. However, I made lasagna in one of the pans, and the silicone coating on the pan pitted in a number of places. I considered that it may have been the acid in the tomato sauce, and I had kept the lasagna in the pan for reheating,. I was very disappointed and called the company, expecting just to learn what I might have done wrong. I sent pictures of the pitting. I had no other real expectations, but within just a couple of days, I had a brand new pan! (They thought it probably was the tomato sauce, especially if kept in the pan.) This company makes superior products and totally stands by its products. I highly recommend USA pans.

Had 2 of the pans with the sliders tops and loved them, I ordered 2 of the larger loaf pans and let me tell you all their products are so nice. No sticking, bread just falls out without any problems! Don’t get those cheap pans, once you use these you’ll not go back to the cheap ones!

Don't waste time buying cheap bakeware that pits, bends and doesn't last. Buy these and they will last you forever. This company stands by their products!

I have 2 large bread pans,2small bread pans,16in pizza pan ,spring cake pan and jelly pan. They are the best pans I have ever had. I plan to replace all my baking pans.

You can't go wrong with these pans. With all seriousness, I cook and bake a lot. All of our food is made from scratch, and these are the best pans I have ever used. They are: 1. MADE in the USA, so vital to me. You can track the product manufacturing, etc. So there is no weird stuff. In many cases, I will go without so I don't have to compromise, and what is in our pans ends up in our bodies. 2. They are quality, durable, and beautiful. 3. Customer service is at the top. They are quick and professional and make everything easier. 4. I also have some issues with my hands, and these are balanced and well-made, so no floppy cookie sheets! I tell everyone I know that these are an upgrade worth doing.

I ordered cookie sheets as Christmas gifts. They were thrown in a box with no insulation and arrived scratched up. A different order if cake pans was also thrown in a box, and 1 arrived wedged in the other, damaging the pan. It had to be returned. PLEASE use packing in your boxes!

I own 3 pieces of USA bakeware and have recommended them to my friends. The nonstick feature is excellent. However, the first time I used my 9 x 13 pan, the manicotti sauce left a lot of stain behind, that I can’t get off.

These pans are wonderful. They are well made, easy to clean. They are Made in the USA.

How do you use this pan, it is a nice pan but no instructions on how to use it?

Love this bakeware! I replaced my french bread pans, sheet pan, muffin pan and 8x8 pan. The weight is balanced, and clean up is so easy. I have recommended this to my sister who is looking to replace her old bakeware.

Perfect size

I have a nearly complete set of USA Pans for baking. I find I use my jelly roll size pan quite a bit on all sorts of things. Tonight for dinner I made a quick pizza dough and it fit beautifully in my jelly roll pan, which I oiled slightly before putting down my dough. For all my cookie, cake and pastry, pans are just the best. Love them so much that I buy them for the bride-to-be anytime I'm invited to a shower, even if pans are not on her registry!! Also bought a full set of cookware from your sister location and LOVE them as much or maybe a little more! Keep up the great job!

I absolutely love my USA bundt cake pan. Please make a 14-16 cup pan. I have not had one cake to stick in this pan. I just wish it was bigger

Used a Food Channel recipe for meatloaf and it turned out great, am buying a second pan! The pan design made the meat loaf juicy but not greasy.

I accidentally broke one of the silicone seals on my wife's USA Pan springform pan that we bought years ago. USA Pan quickly sent us a replacement seal at no cost. Thank you to Caryn and all the kind folks at USA Pan!

My mom ordered several pans for me for Mother's Day and my package was missing one pan. I sent them a picture of the pans I received and the packaging slip that included the missing pan and they quickly sent the missing pan to me within just a few days. Although I've never bought directly from USApan, I have some of their baking pans and like them better than any other brands that I’ve used.
