I've bought several products from this company, the biggest problem I had was with their pizza pan. The undercarriage did not crisp at all even when leaving pizza in it longer than normal. I've reached out dozens of times through email and multiple social media to be ignored and blocked. I've left reviews on the site and it has been removed.

I have baked cookies and biscuits and they leave a brown spot that wont come off.

The ordering process was very easy. Arrived when it was scheduled to arrive.

What a wonderful experience and product!!! I would give 10 stars of I could. I ordered these amazing loaf pans and due to no fault of USA pans the shipping was delayed. I spoke to Karen in customers service and she and her supervisor went above and beyond to make sure I got my pans and compensated me for the lost time. The pans bake wonderfully and no need to grease. I am beyond thrilled with the product and customer service and look forward to purchasing more items from this American company in the future

Do you have to grease your muffin tin pan when baking muffins? I don’t have to grease my bread loaf pans. Thanks

Love the pan BUT…. The rubber gasket doesn’t last…. and THAT is what makes it “”leakproof “. Are replacement gasket available???

I love my USA loaf pans, a few sizes. Can I stack these without ruining the non-stick properties of the pans? I've been putting parchment between them, but is it necessary?

Just got some of your cookie sheets they are awesome heavy duty cookies slide off easy, easy clean up don’t start cutting corners on production and make a good thing bad

USA Pans is an amazing company with great customer service (positive shoutout to Caryn for warranty claim). The pans are far superior than any other pan. You owe it to yourself and who you bake for to invest in these pans that produce consistently wonderful baked goods and breads.

I love my USA pans. I own two pullman pans and a couple of 9” x 5” ones. They are heavy and my bread never sticks.

I used my new USA Pan 6-cup jumbo muffin pan today to make blueberry muffins. They came out awesome, though I would have liked them browner (I will adjust my oven temps next time). They came right out of the pan, no stuck on blueberries like other pans, and clean up was an absolute breeze. You do get what you pay for! I should have bought these sooner!

I replaced some vintage muffin pans with two USA 12 muffin pans and clearly upgraded! I have been using these constantly for 2 months since i got them. every muffin, every egg cup comes out evenly cooked and beautifully browned all around! I love them! Too bad I wasted all those years baking in inferior pans!!!!

I use the USA Madeline pan along with their recipe for Madelines. Easy to make and are perfect every time.

The cookie sheets are so sturdy and so easy to clean almost nothing sticks to them. I would recommend them to anyone looking for thos type of cookware

I finally retired some really old silicon bakeware and boy am I glad. My first batch of muffins in the USA Pan cooked so evenly and nearly fell right out. I will be replacing all of my old bakeware with this brand.

I've owned USA Pan products for several years. In fact, I bought duplicates for our vacation home. I often use the 12 inch pizza pan and the 6 cup muffin pan. The mini sheet pan is perfect for baking 2 pieces of fresh salmon. I use the cake pan with a carrying cover for lasagna. Several years ago I bought the large stock pot and small saucepan that USA Pan used to produce. I'm still hoping they will return to cookware products as well as bakeware. Excellent cookware products.
