The hair itself was of excellent quality; however, the stitching securing the ponytail clip was already coming undone when I opened the package, prior to wearing it. Customer service was satisfactory, but the resolution required me to go out of my way to return the unit to have it repaired and reshipped. Fortunately, I had purchased a second unit… otherwise, I would have been left without one for the event it was intended for.

I have used the 18 inch micro loops for years, same length and hair color. It’s the perfect length for me and the human hair blends so well with my real hair and gives me the perfect thickness. Recieved refund for the one strand that broke. I brushed them and washed them and coming out of the shower the wire broke like 4 more. I put purple shampoo on them which on their website is considered “dyeing” them and cannot get a refund due to that even thought the hair was brittle and dry / had those clear strings before the purple shampoo. There are random clear pieces throughout and now my extensions are literally breaking as I am brushing them.
