Great way to help you make a decision on making a big purchase is to order the color swatches. It was very helpful and made my extension purchase way better.

Things shipped quickly, however I never received any type of tracking and the only confirmation I got was my receipt - even after checking my junk/spam, it seems I didn't receive anything. But customer service was quick to respond.

Unfortunately, shipping was horrible this time. I did receive an email regarding shipping issues but prior to that I was trying to get some answers on what was going on. To be honest I did not like the response I got from an email saying you can cancel your order. I was not please with that I was just trying to figure out what was going on. However, I finally received the topper and I am satisfy. Can wait to try it. Thank you, Silvana
