I returned my item bc the color and style were not what I was looking for however since my item was returned and scanned at post office within days of receiving it, I have not recd confirmation of Its receipt nor a refund. Still patiently waiting.

My hair is naturally blonde and I got the sandy blonde - its perfect for my hair. The first order I got had a very strong bleach smell - it was the wrong colour and too thick for me (I got the thick one to start) and then I re-ordered and got the regular in the sandy colour. The sandy colour did not smell like chemicals and it was the perfect match and thickness.

This was a repeat purchase for me. My initial experience and the product quality were excellent, which is why I felt confident ordering again. Unfortunately, this second experience was extremely disappointing. The hair is advertised as top-quality European hair, with a price point that reflects that claim. However, there is no possibility that the product I received meets that description. The hair was coarse and not soft at all. Within just days of installation, it appeared fried and severely compromised. I was forced to return to my stylist twice within three weeks to have the fried, tangled ends cut off — resulting in the loss of expensive length and additional out-of-pocket costs. I have genuinely seen inexpensive hair purchased from Temu that looked better than this product, which is unacceptable given the premium price. I strongly advise others not to waste their money or time. The complaint and return process through customer service was equally disappointing. The advertised “easy returns” policy is anything but easy in practice. Dealing with customer support was extremely frustrating and unhelpful. I provided CanadaHair with multiple opportunities to rectify the issue before leaving this honest review, and they chose not to meaningfully address the problem. This has been a very expensive lesson learned. If zero stars were an option, that is what I would give.

Great quality hair. This is my first time ordering, but I will definitely be ordering again. The hair is so smooth and it blends seamlessly with my hair.

The halo extension colour was way too light for my hair. Thankfully there was a swatch to compare to, so that I didn’t have to open the packaging. I was able to easily return it by hitting the link, taking photos and printing the label to post it. My order was quite costly, so being able to return it like this made it a stress free experience. If there were colours closer to my very dark auburn, I would buy from Canada Hair again. However, there is nothing closer than what I tried to buy.
