Vuarnet's shipment was carefully packaged and Vuarnet provided me with timely updates on delivery. Connecting to a live agent to ask a question about a product can be challenging, but establishing contact is not insurmountable if one perseveres.

Terrible customer service, don't even bother with this company because their hotline will drop your call and they won't respond to your emails.

sunglasses are great customer service very poor. I purchased several pairs of sunglasses, only returned to one pair that did not fit properly and have not received a refund because I was told the return has to be reviewed. That process is already over two weeks old. Can’t imagine how long it takes to review a pair of sunglasses.

Honestly, this was not what I expected. While the glasses look good, they are not comfortable at all. They constantly slip off my face, which makes them difficult to use on a daily basis. What’s more frustrating is that the return process requires all original packaging, which I had already discarded. Overall, I feel like I expected much more and ended up getting very little in return.
