I love the glasses but the frames were the wrong color. Should have been white but they showed up as silver.

I have not yet received the sunglasses because of an apparent error at UPS. I have written you separately with details of the issue. Although I love Vuarnet, the customer service for this order has been awful. No one answers the phone in the Soho location, and the 866 number online disconnects immediately. Vuarnet's shipment was carefully packaged and Vuarnet provided me with timely updates on delivery. Connecting to a live agent to ask a question about a product can be challenging, but establishing contact is not insurmountable if one perseveres.

Terrible customer service, don't even bother with this company because their hotline will drop your call and they won't respond to your emails.
