sunglasses are great customer service very poor. I purchased several pairs of sunglasses, only returned to one pair that did not fit properly and have not received a refund because I was told the return has to be reviewed. That process is already over two weeks old. Can’t imagine how long it takes to review a pair of sunglasses.

Honestly, this was not what I expected. While the glasses look good, they are not comfortable at all. They constantly slip off my face, which makes them difficult to use on a daily basis. What’s more frustrating is that the return process requires all original packaging, which I had already discarded. Overall, I feel like I expected much more and ended up getting very little in return.

I didn't know that a permanent decal would be on the glasses. It makes me feel stupid. I'm sorry but I didn't know it was a demo pair. I still want a good pair without the permanent decal. Saving up. . . hope it doesn't take me another 30 years. ( Wife sat on my first pair 30 years ago).
