I ended up keeping a different pair (Belvedere , which I love). I returned the Belvedere 10s as they did not fit. Vuarnet has has the return in hand for over a week since August 19th per confirmed receipt by UPS. However, the return shows as "return in process. " Customer Service has been unhelpful via email correspondence. Despite multiple emails, no one has taken the simple step of opening the return shipment and starting the refund process. No one answers the phone when you call the Customer Service line. It is extremely disappointing and not in keeping with what I would expect from a company like this. While I love the pair I own, I will think twice about ordering from the online store in the future.

Absolutely the best sunglasses available, period. There are more and less expensive sunglasses, however, none compare to the quality of materials, fit, function, comfort and performance of Vuarnet sunglasses. I would highly recommend and would definitely purchase again. My first Vuarnet purchase, was in the early 1980's as an outdoor Waterpark lifeguard. My only regret of my recent purchase, was not including a retainer strap to safeguard my sunglasses. Perhaps a future accessory. Customer service is how customer service should be, seamless and efficient. I received my purchase well packaged and in perfect condition. Kudos to Vuarnet!

They came broken, Vuarnet was unhelpful. I called the customer service line 12+ times and never got anyone not even a voicemail. Had to return and they don’t do exchanges. Ended up giving up on the company due to poor customer service.
