They came broken, Vuarnet was unhelpful. I called the customer service line 12+ times and never got anyone not even a voicemail. Had to return and they don’t do exchanges. Ended up giving up on the company due to poor customer service.

I love the glasses but the frames were the wrong color. Should have been white but they showed up as silver.

I have not yet received the sunglasses because of an apparent error at UPS. I have written you separately with details of the issue. Although I love Vuarnet, the customer service for this order has been awful. No one answers the phone in the Soho location, and the 866 number online disconnects immediately.
