My order was cancelled immediately after placing it with no explanation. Still awaiting an explanation and refund.

I had purchased first care activating serum and gentle cleansing foam, none is upto the mark and i dont think that product is worth the hype.

I have always loved Sulwashoo and continue to order online; however, today the package that arrived with my most recent purchases was quite disappointing. The containers of the products were all beaten up.

Website and response are slow. Shipping takes long time.

It took weeks to get my package in but it was completely worth it. I was looking for a heavier night moisturizer that didn’t leave my face feeling caked in a goop - this has a heavier texture than the water creme I was using before but I still feel light and refreshed. It’s absolutely fantastic and the perfect finale for my evening routine.

Package not received. Contacted the customer service and they only told me to contact the carrier. They refused to contact the carrier on their behalf and refused my refund request.

Did not ship the goods to me. Cancelled my order for no reason

Absolutely horrible customer service. After sending over 20++ emails still receiving Auto response! Never ever use any of your products simply because I deserve better and a company that cares about their customers!

This was the worst customer service I've had in years. I returned an item in late April and have had to chase after customer service for a refund because my emails had been constantly ignored. I had to send a couple of emails every two or three weeks only to get a delayed response. My refund was finally processed after almost three months.

I love your products and noticed a difference after using them for about a month now. Very happy with your customer service as well. Looking forward to purchasing more items. Thank you so much!

Their products are the best and their service is exceptional. I have been using Sulwhasoo products for years and I will continue using them. I am always complimented on how I look so much younger than my age.

Ridiculous that you don’t accept credit cards with an international billing address—- after all customers should be able to use any card to buy presents for shipping to friends or family living in the US !

My package was shipped without signature required, and ups left it outside for the package to be stolen. Sulwhasoo rep did not do anything to help nor refund my money. Do Not Buy from this store!!!! And they did not even respond to my follow up email. Horrible customer service. I paid $250 and did not get my money back, nor get the replacement shipment.

Thirteen days have not yet shipped

I got this request to rate your service before receiving my products, getting any notifications for timing and delays due to COVID, which is disappointing since it’s been 2 weeks since I’ve ordered. The consultant was good.

Very disappointing. First, did not receive my samples that i included with the order and the customer service was very unhelpful, Second, my invigorating serum bottle was done after 5 day use! Nothing was coming out of the pump and, of course, you cannot unscrew the bottle. So, it goes into a trash can and that very expensive product just had become astronomically expensive

My order was just simply cancelled. No explanation. I spent my time to place that order, I was expecting to receive my eye cream, instead i received an email with cancellation.

Was going to send a birthday gift for a family member living in US only to find my order got cancelled the next day. If that’s really the case, your website system shouldn’t be accepting any address outside the US during filling up the form in the first place. Just plain ridiculous.
