Great products

I really enjoyed my Sulwhasoo serum! I found it brightens your skin, and makes your skin feel smooth! Goes on very light (can’t even feel it) dries immediately! Would recommend!

The activating serum and concentrated ginseng cream have dramatically improved my skin texture and complexion. The combination is rejuvenating and there’s a noticeable difference to the look and feel of my skin when I use them in comparison to other products.

I have never used Sulwhasoo even though I love all that I read about it (as it is not within my range of budge)t. However - I do use Laneige & I must say I am most happy with some of their products (especially the water sleeping mask & the Cica Sleeping mask). I only wish you'll had a proper reduce, recycling, reusing program with all your beautiful product packaging as it is SUCH a waste to throw away those lovely glass jars & bottles as they are of a really good quality. Maybe you could emulate MAC & start a program whereby a return of 4 -5 Laneige containers can entitle the consumer to choose 1 free product. Do it through the Nykaa portal in India. Start being pro active in the race to save our environment by allowing cosmetics to serve the environment & planet in a positive manner. It will garner so much more consumer loyalty & show the companies concern towards the planets responsiblity.

I place my order online and minutes later I found out that the shipping address is wrong.I tried to call their customer service but the don’t have one.You can only get in touch with them thru email and response time will be in 72 hours. I emailed them and ask to change my shipping address. The next day I received an email that my items was shipped with the wrong shipping address.I called UPS if they can change the address but told me that only the merchant can change it.I emailed them again if they can call UPS but received an reply after 2 days that I should be the one to call UPS.Really?? I emailed them 4 times to explain the situation.I ordered $184 worth and now I don’t know if I ever would receive my items. Would never ever buy from them anymore

When Pandemic start . I stayed home with my kids . I had times search project beauty my face . I choose try Sulwhasoo . But I order wrong . They help and given return . I m very happy with serviced . I will look and order again . I believe product is better my skin .

I did order your products online and I did send you an email tell you that my order was not arrived until now. But you did nothing. I check in my bank account, you already take a money. I paid but no products at all

Love your products. BUT, In this day and age, I should not have to wait for 7 plus days with constant reminders over email to respond over email. Not having a customer service phone is big negative. I have been trying to get in touch with someone at Sulwhasoo about a gift with purchase I did not receive with My order - it’s been 10 days - I am yet to hear from them as to when they will be sending it ! OR if they are sending it. Sulwhasoo is being at Nordstrom/ Sephora as well. Unless the response time is improved drastically - you will definitely see a drop in your customers.

The website is very frustrating to use and customer service is hard to get to. No phone number to reach. When I wrote an email, I got an automatic reply.

The product is very good to start a skin care routine....I would recommend this product when you are in your 20’s for preventive.
