Buying my third unit, amazon. com turned out to be faster, but the TP-Link Tapo Shop was helpful for researching the product and getting started with the XE75 2-Pack.

I've always used TP-Link cameras and smart plugs. They have worked excellent for years. No reason to believe that TP-Link / Tapo will be any different.

Technical support was superb for helping me get the devices running.

I didn't receive them. Customer service responded once, then ghosted me.

Easy to install and many more features than rival doorbells. The Tapo app is, in my opinion, superior to all other rivals. In fact, I replaced my perfectly functional Google doorbell just for the extra features, better picture and wider angle.

Just wish the micro SD cards were included.

My fourth C200, I like them a lot, I even set up number 4 myself! (83 yo and do not use a smartphone) 2 C520WS and 2 C460, They all work very nice. Only thin I haven't figured out yet is how the playback works, have the cloud and a sim card, need a different nerd I guess, LOL
