Very Happy with the cameras. Was a bit skeptical with these cameras as I was with others I bought, but these cameras hit it out of the park. Connections is great so far not having to reconnect or going offline. Video is excellent, clear a crisp even at night. Everything I hoped for and more. Not hard to set up or figure out. Works nice with Alexa. Very pleased probably going to purchase some other items from TP Links that I have my eye on. Thank You

Works as advertised. My big issue is the C400 cameras have a C input. But the solar panels have a micro usb. I had to purchase converters to make them work. Easy set up, so far keeps the cameras charged.

Could only connect one out of six smart bulbs. The “Tapo_Bulb_XXXX” network just disappeared after the first bulb setup. I waited too long to try them, so I can’t get a refund. I feel ripped off. Have never had a problem with the Kasa plugs - I should have just stuck with those.

Terrible connectivity issues. I ordered this camera and it worked great for the first week. After that, it kept going off-line so I installed a Wi-Fi extender 8 feet directly beneath it. It shows full signal, but continually goes off-line and stays off-line more than it actually works. I will be sending this product back. Seems like it’s a common problem with this model.

This one works great but it is a shame the one I bought two months ago DID NOT WORK. After many days/nights of having your customer support work on it remotely NOONE offered to replace the defective unit. I was forced to return it myself AND pay for shipping. Although I did for some reason purchase another set I doubt I can actually recommend TP Link to others due to poor customer support! Don’t like when companies do not stick by their products!
