I ordered 20 lbs of ground venison and I have to say. The meat looks amazing . Order came very quickly and the meat was still very well frozen . I have no tried it yet . But I already know I will NOT be disappointed.

I bought from another company for many years and am really happy I did a research and found Silver Fern Farms!! If you're prices don't take drastic increases on a regular basis like the other place, I will be a long time customer. Meat quality and packaging are great!

The lamb tenderloins were tender and flavorful eaten both hot and cold. No need to marinate or season heavily. The complaint I have is that four of them come in one package with no way to separate them without thawing the whole package. This will probably prevent me from purchasing them again.

The best lamb we have tasted since visiting New Zealand. NZ lamb is by far the best!
