We have CO-Ops on this island were I live. I am the drop coordinator for one of several established. I soley bought all my beef through you when I lived in the lower 48. I could easily, sell your PRODUCT to the WHOLE town and get 20- 30 or more people ALL chipping into purchase one HUGE ORDER on a Monthly basis - you ship it to Seattle FREE - and I get billed for the BARGING Up, and then I sort it all, and get people to pick up their meat. Azure Standard and Blue Mountain Slaughterhouse are 2 established drops now that you could look into to see what it is they do and how they work it - but really, almost all the work would be on my shoulders. Azure has gone National now, where it was only Oregon and Washington. They're running OUT OF STUFF, and the PRICES tell me - it's time to see if maybe WE can get something going. . . . Right now, I am paying $20 a piece for a very thin BUT GREAT TASTING rib eye steak. We buy in bulk up here - by the case. My average Azure Standard bill is $700 a month - that's for a family of 2. I have 2 small freezers and focus on different meats, different months, bringing in cases of it. Azure is a full scale Store that I trust the quality of their products. In FACT - I BET YOU COULD BECOME A DIRECT SUPPLIER OF AZURE STANDARD. . . . .

I've struggled to find venison after my area stopped processing deer or selling the overage. I won't tell you how much I've paid for it to be shipped. I found Silver Fern by luck. Prices were far more reasonable than I have found. I placed a steak box order. It arrived quicker than I thought. It was packed very well. Arrived still frozen. The quantity and price were excellent. I've since ordered a second box. The best venison I have found. The taste, texture and appearance is fantastic. Silver Fern will be my go-to going forward. If you ever do a commercial, I'll happily do it.

Absolutely delicious. So much meat too! The bone is thin and small in each 'section', unlike typical beef ribs which are mainly bone with very little meat. I braised mine. So yummy! An excellent value too!
