Just cooked the leg of lamb. It was abolutely delicious. The meat wa uicy and tender with minimal fat attached.

Great venison, delivery has been awesome , so sad you are discontinuing this. We first enjoyed your venison in my sisters' home in Cal & ordered it when we returned to MN. Also considered ordering from Costco but too many ground venison in this package.
