Although the communication turnaround time for a response feels a tad longer than I would expect (24-48 hours), I’m very pleased with the help and accommodation offered to me as a first time Peppermayo buyer. I got all the wrong sizes and Peppermayo allowed a one time exception to allow me to exchange all my items for the correct sizing. I loved my purchase and happy with the outcome!
