it doesn’t work? i don’t like it

I would give 0 stars if it was an option. I reached out to customer service weeks ago letting them know my device doesn't work. I have sent multiple messages as well as pictures proving the device doesn't work. I have not received a message back or anything I will definitely never purchase or recommend anyone to ever purchase from you guys.

Great vape. I had a PAX nearly 10 years ago and purchased another recently. Function is as easy as ever, great vapor and flavor, and I'm excited to see these new ones come with a bowl for concentrates. I'm looking forward to enjoying my PAX for many bowls.

Rubber sleeve makes insertion into to dock difficult.
