The material in the flex tank has changed since last summer when I ordered my first flex tank - my guess is a higher percentage of elastane. However, my main problem is the fabric effects the fit - there is now a gap in the arm hole near the breast and the tank top does not fit smoothly. I am bummed - I wanted a year of wear to determine if buying a few more new was worth the environmental cost. I should have stocked up last summer :(
