I was disappointed with both the product and the return experience. The fit and shape of the item were not as expected, and returning it ended up costing far more than anticipated. I paid $12 shipping to receive the item and then another $8 to return it, which feels excessive for a simple sizing/fit issue. Customer service confirmed they would not reimburse either cost. Overall, the combination of high shipping costs, paid returns, and an underwhelming product made this a frustrating shopping experience.

Love that it’s organic cotton! Got this bra on sale because I wasn’t sure about sizing after breastfeeding. It fits ok, tight in the band but the cup size is fine when standing just not when bending over. Otherwise it’s nice.
