Even though new system caused some hiccups, the rep we talked to knew how to navigate the system and help us with orders for our three accounts. he was very patient and thoughtful as he assisted with our problems. Thank you for having a great customer service rep!! :-)

Auto Pay issues
I’m not sure why a regular subscription will not automatically renew each month. I’ve followed all the directions as indicated, yet each month I have to go in and enter it again. Very frustrating. This worked for years, but no more.

No Real Customer Service, everyone
No Real Customer Service, everyone passes the ball and no clear understanding of who is running the company, its financial department or monitoring customer service representatives who when speaking with them are very scripted, like robots reading & repeating same their lines.

We had a little problem understanding the accent. Also we don’t appreciate the change in policy concerning the loyalty points…now we have to pay shipping on a points order.

I like the old site
I like the old site better. Hopefully it will become easier, but the subscription (automatic) orders seem harder to manage and change in new system. Last month is the first month in many years that I have not gotten an automatic order, and I don’t know why.
