Communication- great. Delivery time - great. Product - great.

The scooter arrived in record time thanks, though I did request a signature on delivery. Was out at the time, the parcel was left by my back door upon returning home. Very easy to assemble. One tyre wasn’t fully inflated, I bought a pump which wasn’t successful, so took it to a bike shop who used a compressor. Love the scooter it’s everything I expected it to be. I’m 73 years old and can now keep up with the grandkids on their bikes.

Great packaging and arrived sooner then expected being in WA

Great all around.

The scooter is one of the best I’ve bought for his birthday he is loving it so farrrr it’s smooth

Fast shipping and reliable parts that are made to last

Would highly recommend MADDGEAR

Everyone loves this scooter

Very good and prompt to send items.

Kids loved the scooter

Timely, and packed product with care

This model doesnt have a washer for the front wheel, making this scooter unusable. The front wheel doesnt turn. Customer service was responsive but unhelpful. This is a massive quality control issue: if the wheel is tight, it doenst turn. If its not, it turns but wiggles and its a safety concern.

Great Service with fast Delivery

Bought a Kruzer 200 today for my nephew and he loves it! Great scooter would recommend this as a gift to anyone!
