This model doesnt have a washer for the front wheel, making this scooter unusable. The front wheel doesnt turn. Customer service was responsive but unhelpful. This is a massive quality control issue: if the wheel is tight, it doenst turn. If its not, it turns but wiggles and its a safety concern.
