Love love love the kit I have had the kit for over a year now and keep getting the gel refills works straight away every time I have used the dentist whitening kits but the cost me a fortune ,Hi Smile is awesome!

I enjoyed the presentation and the process was nice and simple. Within two weeks I saw results and I was quite happy about that!

I love the products! I have tried the coconut mouthwash, whitening pen, and of course the whitening kit with the LED light. I could really see a difference over a short period of time. I still continue to purchase the gel syringe refills. Honestly, I absolutely love having this routine. It is so easy, quick, and I can accomplish things as I whiten my teeth. It doesn't hurt or sting your gums and the mouth guard was pretty comfortable. HOWEVER, please take note that the HiSmile company is not located in America. Standard shipping takes a while to arrive. I waited anywhere from a week to a month for my products before. Keep that in mind when making a purchase. If you want the product to arrive promptly, they give you shipping options. If you've been expecting a package for a while, don't get discouraged. For any questions or concerns you may e-mail the company or they also have a live chat option where you get to speak to a representative right then and there.

The website can be a bit confusing regarding the subscriptions. i could not find out how to do what i wanted to do. I took contact with costumer service and i met someone really nice and helped me with everything that i needed help with!

Hey guys, its doesn't work for me. Already go for polishing and cleaning of teeths before using the kit and tooth paste. Still doesn't shows any different and results. So for me its a waste of time...

There were a few issues with getting my order delivered, but the customer support team were all over it from the moment I spoke to them. Outstanding customer service. Love the product as well, it's easy to use and I'm enjoying the results.

My teeth were noticeably whiter in about 4-5 weeks after using the toothpaste. Would recommend the product.

So I bought the HiSmile kit a while ago (like September 2017) used the kit and noticed a difference however dealing with a newborn meant that I never ordered more gel and went on with life... a few weeks ago I was feeling a bit low about the colour of my teeth so ordered new gels! I have only been using it for 3 days so far and the results are amazing! I’ll need to order more gel soon so I can keep up the results!
