I'm generaly not convinced with that type of product, but here I really recommend it. My hair and nails are growing a lot faster, I don't think the quality of my hair is better yet as it has been 1.5 months but I really see a difference in the lenght. Ideal when you have really long hair already but you want to maintain healthy ends by cutting often the splits !

Took the gummy’s for three weeks, my nails starting feeling so much stronger. I don’t think it was enough time to see a result in my hair growth. I did stop taking them because my skin broke out in the worst cystic acne. I have never had acne in my 41 years. I stopped taking them and the acne cleared. Not for me unfortunately but other people have had great results. It’s just a shame I bought 3 months worth.

Loved it all, my scalp cam get very itchy with different sorts of shampoo but I didnt get this with this product, my hair is damaged on the ends with bleaching it and quite knotty, this sorted it for me, it now feels lovely, im so very very pleased, will definatly recommend this
