The products were what I order as usual. However, as I ordered bundles I expected them to come packaged, especially as they were Christmas presents. This was not the case though and items were sent individually. I contacted customer support but no one was willing to send additionally packaging. You shouldn’t place adverts on social media with things in branded packaging of you aren’t willing to do this for all customers.

I have tried various hair oils, asian remedies and what not to grow my baby hair and to try regrow hair on small bald patches due to wearing the headscarf, nothing worked.
