Never used before and don’t know if I will again…product seems good (gift to be given in a couple days) but shipping and service were terrible. Order was placed on September 10th, paying for fedex 2 day shipping. On the 19th, still hadn’t received and package went from California to Massachusetts and onto Kansas City with its eventual destination of Las Vegas. After 4 days in KC with no movement, reached out to customer service, who you can only email. No response until 2 days later when amazingly, package shows up just hours prior (but still at least 8 days late). No care shown in the customer service response, just “we see it got delivered”
