i did not like the product i ordered when i saw it in person . . . returning it was not easy and i had to pay $13 to ship it (it was a knit beanie) . . . i asked for a credit and ordered something that was a bit more expensive than the original item . . . they did not charge me extra, which i really appreciated and felt was fair, as the exchange took a few weeks
