I always love contour pillows because I have been having back and shoulder pain for many years. After using Ecosa pillow I can see that the chances of getting neck stiffness and back pain are lower and it also improves my sleep quality. Moreover, the material is softer than contour pillows from other big brands such as Sinomax. If you like softer pillow, this is the one for you.
