I like the idea of not having to use any chemicals when I clean. I have a cat and don't have to worry about him walking through anything but water.

Having a replacement sleeve is really helpful . If one needs washed I can continue cleaning with the second sleeve.

I love the cleaning rags. The wand is limp and for me, useless. Unfortunately bc I have always loved you product I also bought replacement for the wand.
