This my second dualit ( the first is still working after 25 years in another house) I love this toaster! It is made like a truck!

Works great! I do wish it would warm the milk for cocoa a bit higher!

I am SO disapponted! The cord is almost impossible to release.

I bought this to hot chocolate for my husband. Using the chocolate flakes stopped it up. We had to clean it and sta art over. The milk frothed without the chocolate and wasn’t very hot. I could have saved the $100 and made it in the stove. It is now under the counter in case my original frother ever stops. Disappointed.

Buying experience and delivery great ! It is a Christmas gift.
