I didn’t like that I had to pay shipping $30 then pay for my own return (at least $30-$40) from Canada when the sizing was too big. I was recommended on their website a size 8- I ordered that and it was huge! At least two sizes too big. I loved the boots but if the website is suggesting a size incorrectly, I feel like the company should front the return cost.

I was disgusted. I bought a pair of heels for $80 and they arrived with visible glue all over them. I contacted customer service and they offered me a 10% discount on my next purchase (obviously there would never be a next purchase) and then they didn't even respond to me anymore! I absolutely do not recommend them!
