My package arrived missing an item. I promptly contacted Customer Service and instead of being offered a resolution was told I needed to place a claim with UPS. I stated several times to Customer Service that the box was not damaged or tampered with and that I didn't feel comfortably being dishonest on the claim and placing blame on UPS. I even sent photos of the box which was packed to the brim and clearly couldn't have even held another pair of shoes. I was told that they confirmed the item was shipped to me and they needed 7 days to investigate. I was not offered a resolution and had to email every day just to get a refund for a $40 pair of shoes. Terrible customer service.
