I have those headphones for about two weeks and I am very satisfied with it. The quality is good and also very comfortable on-ear headphones.

Hi. I used to wear a pair of cans from a company more known for other products than headphones, but sound is definately their business. So, I was a bit apprehensive. They weren't chep but in the range I was looking for, the sweet spot, and they've been amazing. Going from on to over ear cans is so much more comfortable, and the noise cancellation is epic. Sundquality, the most important bit, is on par with the best of them. I highly recommend these, even if you're looking for cheaper phones. The investement is worth it! Congratulations to Urbanista for this product. The only critique I have is that I can't find a manual anywhere amd have no idea how to reset these things. But you can't blame my ineptitude on this company. Just get a pair already!

With these ear pieces you fel like you're carrying a complete home music system on your head. The sound from them is really tantalizing! I recomend them to serious music lovers

Mine stopped working after 3 weeks. It has been charching in 2 days now, and it does not work anymore!!!! I want my money back!

I placed an order on the 18, hearing great things about the design and quality of your headphones. If only I could experience it for myself — I am yet to get a tracking number for my parcel, and it’s shipping to the post office so I’ll never know when it gets here! I have contacted your customer service and I have yet to hear back from you guys..

Sure. Maybe the headphones looks great, maybe they sound great, I'll never know. They refuse to send with a trackable service. They are impossible to reach and they dont even have a customer service department! They ask you to contact them on Facebook. Such poor service is surprising seeing how large ecommerce has become a d this is hardly a professional way of running a company. My order is lost at the post office and they wont search (not trackable) and tell me to claim with the shipper (urbanista). Dante had it easy

Loved them while they worked, but stopped after about three months. Won't charge or even turn on. I am so disappointed because they were a birthday present. Gave them one star because now they are no better than a paperweight.

I did a lot of research before buying the Urbanista Seattle, (this finally convinced me https://www.stuff.tv/top-10/ear-headphones ) and I must say I was overwhelmed by the sound. Its honestly amazing. Wish I could give 6 stars instead.

Recommend theses headphones ! Amazing sound quality and they have a very good dynamic range. Also the bass is on point !

After one month use, my headphones stopped taking a charge. Urbanista agreed to take them back but wanted me to pay for the returns charge. They aren't based in the UK, so expect to pay £30 or so. Just before sending them back, I folded the headphones and the plastic near the folding mechanism snapped. These headphones don't seem to be very strong. Not sure they'll accept the headphones back now. I haven't had a very good experience with Urbanista. I'm fairly disappointed after paying £130.
