This was recommended by my PT....works very well. I must have sensitive skin because I have a little rash from the necklace. Otherwise, it works very well.

This works great!
Easy to set up and use. I adjusted the range and delay from the defaults. I wish the battery life was longer but this isn’t much of a drawback. Still early to tell if this will improve my posture but I’m hopeful!

Back aches cleared up after about a week
My posture sitting at the computer all day was worse than I thought. The Upright was going off constantly - I was glad of it - made the adjustment - put up with the distraction. I made adjustments and by the end of the week, I forgot it was on for most of the day.

Gadget for the young sixties
Great gadget ! Upright is always reminding me that, to upright my back. Very important for all ages, but specially for people in our sixties! Love it !

Very happy with the adhesives.
Frankly, I have been VERY surprised at how long these adhesives last. I figured I might get two days out of each or three if I was lucky but I find that each one lasts 4-5 days or longer.

I find it helpful
I appreciate the vibrations that remind me to maintain better posture. The necklace is lightweight to wear and I'm less worried about it falling off (though I have not tried the adhesive yet). I do find, as I walk away from my phone, that I often lose 'connection' with the app, at which point, the vibrations often stop. Once I haven't felt one in a while, I push the button on the Upright, it re-connects to my phone and resumes working. It would be great to see if the number of 'vibration' reminders decreases over time as you improve your posture.
