I ordered this desk for my gaming setup and to alleviate some of the sitting I was doing after work. It shipped and delivered in less than a week, everything was packaged carefully which was good because the box was severely damaged on the outside. Took me one afternoon to assemble by myself. Flipped it over (with my partner) and it was good to go. The motors make no noise, stablity seems okay at least on carpet. No issues with controls and planning on getting some more attachments for hiding cables. I went from not gaming for months to being able to sit/stand for hours and enjoy something that provides stress relief from my day job. I did not have to work with customer service so I cannot speak to that.

The casters were a perfect fit. Lifted the desk up just enough to slide 2 pcs of 2x4 on edge. Installed the casters in a couple of minutes, removed the 2x4 and voilà. Can't get simpler than that. They are a bit pricey but worth the savings in time and trouble.

Great purchase. Very satisfied with the build quality. No issues when I needed to return the drawer because it didnt fit in my particular situation.

Great to work with. My delivery was delayed due to them receiving some substandard desktops that they refused to send to customers. I appreciate the quality control, even if I did have to wait.

This desk is awesome. It does exactly as it is supposed to and the instructions were super easy to follow. I also love all the extras that I could get at no extra cost.

My desk took a little time to ship becuase my top was backordered. Once shipped, it moved fairly quickly, but FedEx decided to take their time in delivery (and care). The desk was delivered at 10:30PM on Sunday night and left with an open box of parts near the road. Not UpLifts fault at all. I contacted them and noted the state of everything, though their packaging. . . SAVED the parts and desk! They took great care in design of the packaging and it shows! Assembly was very straight forward, though the instructions could use some detail photos of what the desk inserts look like vs a predrilled hole. Functionally, I am VERY happy with the desk and would 10/10 recommend.

We LOVE our Uplift desks. We have purchased over 12 of these desks to outfit our office and all have been great. We enjoy the L-Shape as well as the traditional 60in desk too depending on the room size. They are easy to put together, especially as of late (seems assembly has gotten rid of a few tedious steps and sends it already somewhat attached). We are happy with the quality and intend to order more down the road as our office continues to grow. There are lots of accessories so you can customize the desk to your liking and the sizes offered are plentiful to choose from. We are very happy with Uplift.
