I ordered just two sets of samples which arrived 11 days later after badgering. No notifications of any kind about the delays. In addition, the dimensions of one set turned out wrong. Upon asking for exchange/refund, Nivedita Burman merely sent a customary email stating she would ask the management and get back. It has been 7 days and counting, no follow up on this at all. Highly unreliable and Unprofessional service. If you call them, they simply use delaying tactics. It's a pain to talk to them.

The boxes are strong, but there are issues with the edge finish on the flaps, where the white top sheet is coming off in places, and the printing on some boxes is not great.
