As usual very happy with unison, high quality and very fast delivery.

Great product. Disappointed in Unison and won't buy from them again. They charge a very high shipping fee (in an era where many companies include for free and even international shipping costs less). Unison doesn't know how to create accountability with their delivery partners. I spent 2+ hours wading through calls with delivery company #1 and company #2. Only received marginal help from Unison. And they refused to provide a full refund on the high shipping fee they charge. Only provided 50% after multiple requests. Will not buy from Unison again.

Lamp was beautifully packaged and it only got better. Gorgeous finish, simple lines and very heavy base. Best feature is the embedded on/off switch. Congratulations to your designers

This is the first time I’ve purchased items from Unison Home and I’m so glad I did. I got a catalog in the mail and really liked the unique designs.

My first order was for the yellow mat, called canary, which I hoped would be gold. When I mentioned this to customer service when speaking about something else entirely,, she said, “Send it back! Try the orange”. I did. By the way, real people answer the phone and know what you’re talking about. I’m very impressed with their customer service. I highly recommend this company for design, quality, and customer service.
