In reasearching best ways to maintain the septic system at our home, we came across Unique Drain + Septic and their products for septic systems. The reason we ordered from them was their responses to peoples's comments about "home remedies" - not only did Unique Drain explain why their remedies weren't actually doing anything beneficial for their systems, they responded with courteous, specific answers and not a canned response. It's great to do business with a company that does that!
