There was a sale listed for this duvet but the sale wasn't applied when I checked out. After waiting a week for a response, they told me they would not honor the sale or cancel my order. They said they would not charge for the return shipping fee if I returned the order. They charged me. Horrible business practices.

Happy with my purchases. It did take a few weeks to receive but in these Covid times I'm not complaining. Quality product.
