Before I give a bad review I have just received a single pair of Large 6 inch mens black boxers when I ordered and paid for 3 pairs (and my Amex card has been charged for 3 pair! I like the product but am considering not doing business woith you again.

I can't give you a fair and honest review of the items because I need to exchange them for the right size. It is difficult to contact you to correct the error to my order. I am waiting for a response now and have not heard from you. There should always be a way to speak to a real person. You don't have a good way to contact you. The email should not be the only option. This to me is unacceptable. Human interaction is the best business practice. I do not want to spend my money in a store that has no easy access to the company to get customer satisfaction.
