Before I give a bad review I have just received a single pair of Large 6 inch mens black boxers when I ordered and paid for 3 pairs (and my Amex card has been charged for 3 pair! I like the product but am considering not doing business woith you again.

I can't give you a fair and honest review of the items because I need to exchange them for the right size. It is difficult to contact you to correct the error to my order. I am waiting for a response now and have not heard from you. There should always be a way to speak to a real person. You don't have a good way to contact you. The email should not be the only option. This to me is unacceptable. Human interaction is the best business practice. I do not want to spend my money in a store that has no easy access to the company to get customer satisfaction.

These are extremely soft and comfortable, they fit great and are sexy.

I always read the reviews when I try new items. I will say I am a briefs guy. I have been trying to find some comfortable underwear because it seems a lot of the brands have went cheap on quality. I had even tried boxer briefs which is not really my style. I had been seeing the ads for Undergents. I started reading the raving reviews and decided to try a pair of their briefs. I have to say these are some of the most comfortable I have tried and great quality. I just placed my third order. I love the colors and patterns. The Camo look great. I will be getting more as I am replacing all my old stuff. I hope to keep seeing new print designs in the future.
