Non receipt after 7 weeks, a return caused by fulfillment error in zip code, 2 weeks of follow up emails gone unanswered. , only to be blamed for the error in an email from the company with an empty offer to reship a $108 order that was to be my husbands gift. Disappointed , as we are repeat customers and my husband already owns many pairs. Feel as though our patronage means absolutely nothing. . I am filing a dispute to the charge with my bank since the company refuses to respond to my emails for a resolution/refund/reship. .

Terrible customer service

I ordered 2 three packs of underwear for a total of 6 pairs of underwear PLUS expedited shipping to only receive 2 pairs of underwear and multiple emails to resolve the issue went ignored
