I recently had an unbelt that had a broken buckle. I had worn it a lot over the past year. I contacted unbelt and they sent me a new replacement. Their belts have a great design. Had a hiccup with my order so I called the number online (where I had placed my orde) and left a message. With all the scams online, especially with Seniors which is where I fall in age category, I was concerned I may have been a victim of a ghost company, However, the very next day I received a call from Claire, the Founder of Unbelts.ca , and my belt was in my mailbox the very next day!
