Shipping was fast. I do wish you could get free shipping under $75. It means you have to buy more than one belt in order to not pay for shipping. Otherwise a very good experience.

I feel highly supportive of this company and will be shopping here again. I love the values the owner has used to shape the business and products. I love that there’s a diverse group of models in the product images. I love the product itself. I sent them an email with a question before I made my first purchase, and the person who responded did so very quickly, and it really felt like I was emailing a friend. I love a company that has customer service people who actually speak LIKE PEOPLE, not some business suit. Also, they sent me a super cute sticker that says, “I Put on Pants Today!” with my order that I love. I’ll definitely be supportive this company in the future and recommending it to my friends and loved ones as well.

I would highly recommend this service. I was a little sceptical initially, but customer service was very responsive (and personable!) and my repaired belt looks like new! So glad I opted for this instead of throwing out my damaged belt!
