I got a refusbished one. It's have to charge it often (battery not super long lasting) and is definitely jiggles when you ride on bumpy roads (no suspension), but it's lightweight (easy to carry up three flights of stairs), and . . . you know what. . . it just makes my life a little easier (and that's all anyone ever really wants).

It was awesome until my scooter malfunctioned without warning.

My most recent purchase is my third scooter from Unagi. This new one seems to be a little slower and shorter battery life than my previous ones, but it still gets the job done. I use it to get to work and I love how sleek the design is, its lightweight and compact, but has a decent speed is built to last! Will definitely continue to be a loyal customer of Unagi!!
