While the product was delivered on time and the chair is comfortable, the water resistant cover does not protect from liquid spills. Customer service does not respond.

Delivered fast. Packaged well. Instruction card inside box. Easy . If you are giving as a gift make sure you allow time for it to expand. It comes compacted. You will be breaking it up while it is in its protective cover. But it wasn’t hard.
