Really loved many years ago getting a sample of forest lungs with a vitamin order. Wish I could sample the other fragrances. It’s a substantial investment to make in something you don’t have the opportunity to try.

Every product I have had through The Nue Company has been incredible. All of their products are quite effective and do exactly what the are intended to do without harsh side effects and nasty chemicals.

Product arrived after 8 days

Customer service communication seems like a robot. I emailed CS as soon as I received my order with a missing item that I paid for (shampoo) was missing from my order. You never alerted me that there was a missing product prior to shipping, which is customary when making purchased online. Anyway, instead of dealing with the issue at hand (my missing shampoo), your CS offered to send a free product that I did not even want. The free product never arrived, and it took an extra email back and forth to realize that the shampoo was not going to be back in stock for another few weeks. When I emailed CS back to clarify that the shampoo would actually ship to me when it was back in stock, I never heard back. CS should not be this difficult.

Not my favorite scent, it smells like celery.

Had no issues with shipping . I've ordered from nue co. Other times. Keep up the good work nue. The wife absolutely loves these scents.
