Experience was good. Scent is weak. Wears off . Need to do a better job.

Love The NUE CO I have been a customer for years and cannot find any scents on the market that compare and customer service is outstanding

My order took one month to arrive and I had to chase them about 5 times on various email addresses to get an answer. I then contacted them once more to cancel my subscription and again receive no answer. . . Maybe the products are good but the chasing made it not worth it!

I placed an order with The Nue Co. in late September, and as of today — over a month later — I’ve received no updates, no tracking information, and zero communication aside from the generic “processing” status. I’ve made multiple attempts to contact customer service, and still haven’t received a meaningful response or resolution. For a company that markets itself as premium and wellness-focused, this is completely unacceptable. It should never take this long to process and ship a standard order, especially without communication or support. I’ve now had to request a refund, which is also proving to be a hassle. I would not recommend The Nue Co. based on this experience. If you’re expecting reliable service or timely delivery, look elsewhere.

Your packaging is beautiful and great for gift giving. It would be nice if you could bring back the smaller, purse size bottle. This is how I was first introduced to Forest Lungs. They would also make great stocking stuffers.

The smell on the second doesn’t stay longer as the first bottle I purchased. Can’t barely smell it. I noticed big difference on the smell!

Us is perhaps the most disappointing item I've ever received. At this kind of price point, something significantly better was expected.
