Website easy to use but didn't include weight of the dog bowls which is relevant & useful for some customers. i submitted a question on the Vega bowl product page but did not receive a reply. I reached out by DM on Facebook, but did not receive a reply there either. I really like DC gear, but on this occasion customer service was disappointing. Delivery was free for my order which I received next day, this service was excellent.
