Always an incredibly enjoyable experience buying from Hornby Rivarossi, whichever site I purchase them from ; whether it's buying direct or through third party retailers, I am always happy to receive my latest "box of smiles" to my growing collection. Money is limited, so I have to save hard and make sacrifices to make my purchases which makes it all the more enjoyable when receiving great quality items.

Everything arrived in good condition. However it did take longer than I would have liked for the products to get shipped out. I was expecting products to be dispatched the same or next day, but it took several days before I received the dispatch notification.
