Great customer service

Shipping and customer service was awful, items delayed and with an incorrect and very unhelpful reply from customer service that asked me to sort it out myself without any information provided. The parcel is still with Organic basics and two weeks delayed.

Good, I find the discounts etc confuzzling but the customer service girls are always nice (Pernille x) postage is quick enough considering it’s from Denmark, tracking works well/accurately informed on delivery. Policy on returns fair, policy on faulty items very good, range is good, price . . is . . quite high but that’s ethical production!
