I've only taken one star off as I feel there is more elastane in them than I would ideally like in a natural and eco-friendly product or at least as is implicit in the name, Organic Basics. However I am sure I will be buying from organic basics again as it's the best I found to suit my requirements to date

Nicely packages products, everything was able to be recycled so no waste. Refreshing to have top quality clothing from a company that obviously cares.

I really love organic basics. I live in the UK. I just wish they were here but happy to wait for the delivery because it’s worth it.

Takes a little while to arrive to UK but packaging is great as zero plastic

Appreciate the easy exchange process apart from having to print out the return label, which was a nightmare for me because I don't own a printer. I had to go to library etc and the whole thing was quite stressful. Having that said I am perfectly happy with website, app and purchase process as well as the products which I absolutely adore - so simple but sensual, feminine and with good quality which is hard to find!
