hello purchase two electricity toilets and one the controls does not work as intended . have sent 5 -6 emails with video pictures and no response. recently I received email closing the case bea use they had not received any email from me. sent all my copy of my mails. never heard from them again . this makes buying from this vo. pnay very difficult because if you ever have an issue with the item purchased you will feel as frustrated as me . .

This corner black metal sectional arrived in many pieces and took hours to assemble. The quality is good and the design is attractive. The cushions arrived in vacuum pacs that are supposed to expand to full cushions. The bottom ones did, however 4 of the 7 back cushions never " inflated fully" leaving them wrinkled and not full. The back cushions also do not stay in place as the tab is either too small or not in the right place. This means, when you stand up , they flop forward and have to be adjusted each time. .

This was the worst experience I’ve had buying a product of this kind of expense where it didn’t work and the company doesn’t honor their warranty. I gave homary more than enough time to make it right and they did not. I will never purchase from them again.

One of the front doors came damaged in two separate locations. The enameled door has cracked in one place and completely peeled off in another. Homary will not send me a replacement door - apparently "it will take too long". When I asked for a time frame of how long it would take, I have been ghosted for well over 48 hours now.

The products are lovely but the sofa I ordered was damaged and I have been trying for a week to try and get someone to answer a phone or reply to an email about the damaged item. I have finally managed to speak to someone on live chat today who has had to refer it and its going to take another 2-3 days to come back to me. This is not good after sales service!|!!

Will not refund even though website states they can.
