I just received the Bold Loop Pendant. It is solid a beautiful and the chain is delicate but feels strong. Perfect length. My shipment was delayed due to a big winter storm, but customer service was very responsive and helpful and my product eventually arrived and looks great.

Support is very quick to reply to the order arrived in the estimated time.
